Privacy, Analytics, Cookies, and Callback Form

The callback form is processed on Cloudflare infrastructure and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to detect and prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare processes network and device signals such as IP address, TLS fingerprint, browser user-agent, site key, and origin. Resend delivers the submission to the firm by email and retains email data for 30 days. The firm may retain the delivered email and related intake or conflict records as reasonably needed for recordkeeping and legal or ethical obligations.
Google Analytics and Cookies
On the primary myeastonattorney.com domain, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand general site use. Google Analytics may collect session statistics, approximate location, and browser and device information. It may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish a browser and preserve session information. The site records page views and fixed interaction events for telephone clicks, consultation-scheduling clicks, major practice-area calls to action, and a generate_lead event after a callback request is successfully delivered.
The analytics implementation uses canonical page URLs without query strings, reduces referring URLs to their origin, disables Google signals and advertising-personalization signals, and accepts only allow-listed events and parameters. It is designed not to send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, opposing-party information, dates or deadlines, or matter summaries to Google Analytics. A successful callback delivery records only a fixed conversion event; the form contents are not included in that analytics event.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may limit aggregate measurement but does not prevent you from reading the site, calling the firm, scheduling a consultation, or using the callback form.
